This blue collar institution and integral part of Queen Anne history celebrated 29 years at the foot of the hill. With local icon Howard Bulson at the piano four nights a week, Sorry Charlies drew the best and the worst to sing along, for not). Either way, irreplaceable memories were created every night, rain (more typically) or shine.
