Located right on the historic Hwy 101 promenade, the 1st Street Bar, is a long-standing neighborhood institution that makes for a nice beachy, home away from home in downtown Encinitas. Drinks are pretty cheap, people are friendly and between the pool tables, dart boards and live music lineup, you can always think of a good reason to stop by for a cold one.
